| Wave Solder Unloader with Rail Overview

The Wave Solder Unloader with Rail is used after the wave soldering machine in DIP and THT production lines. Its main job is to receive soldered PCBs and move them forward to cooling, inspection, repair, testing, or assembly. After wave soldering, PCBs may still have high surface temperature, so stable unloading is important for both product safety and operator safety. This equipment uses a high-temperature antistatic belt, fan cooling, motor control, and a strong steel body. The standard size is 12004851400 mm. PCB width supports 50–400 mm and can be customized for special boards.
| Product Features In DIP Line

The Wave Loader is normally installed before the wave soldering machine. In a complete DIP line, it receives PCBs from a manual insertion line, automatic insertion machine, or conveyor, and then feeds the boards into the soldering process. The machine uses an aluminum structure, adjustable rail width, motor control, and variable speed adjustment. It supports PCB width from 50 to 350 mm and PCB thickness from 0.6 to 6.0 mm. The loader helps reduce unstable manual feeding and makes the connection between insertion and soldering smoother. For factories producing THT boards, this front-end transfer step helps keep the process rhythm more controlled.

The Wave Unloader is placed after wave soldering. It works as the back-end transfer point for hot PCBs leaving the soldering area. A high-temperature antistatic belt moves the board forward, while cooling fans help reduce heat during transfer. The steel body gives better stability, and the conveying height can be adjusted to connect with different wave soldering machines and downstream equipment. As a Wave Unloader with Rail, it supports smooth line connection and keeps the PCB transfer path organized. It is suitable for DIP lines that need stable unloading, cooling, and safe board movement after soldering.
In a DIP production line, the Wave Solder Unloader with Rail is usually installed directly behind the wave soldering machine. Before this step, the PCB goes through component insertion, board transfer, fluxing, preheating, and soldering. After soldering, the board enters the unloading conveyor area. The next process can be cooling, DIP AOI, visual inspection, manual repair, functional testing, or final product assembly. This machine works like an outfeed conveyor for wave soldering machine applications, helping move the PCB away from the hot soldering section in a clean and stable way. It also reduces direct operator contact with newly soldered boards.

| Customer Success Video
In Uzbekistan, I.C.T supported a Customer building a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line used the I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT pick and place machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. I.C.T engineers helped with line installation, debugging, production testing, and operator training. After testing, the Customer gave positive feedback on the service response, equipment quality, and the stable production result.
| Comprehensive Service Support
I.C.T provides support for the full DIP line, not just one single machine. Before shipment, our team checks the machine frame, belt operation, cooling fan function, electrical system, PCB direction, conveying height, and packaging protection. During installation, engineers help connect the unloader with the wave soldering machine and downstream conveyor or inspection equipment. Training covers start-up, shutdown, belt checking, height adjustment, speed control, fan checking, daily cleaning, and common troubleshooting. For an Unloading conveyor for wave soldering machines, correct connection and stable transfer are important. I.C.T helps Customers reduce setup time and start production with more confidence.
