The L10 Reflow Oven uses PID+SSR control for ±1°C accuracy across all heating zones. Independent upper and lower zone regulation allows stepless speed adjustment, ideal for varied PCB soldering needs. High-efficiency heaters and aluminum-zinc boards ensure rapid thermal recovery and uniform heat distribution. This system supports complex soldering profiles, suitable for consumer electronics, automotive parts, and other high-standard applications, ensuring consistent soldering quality.
Efficient Heating System
Equipped with high-quality heating modules, the L10 achieves rapid warm-up and optimal heat uniformity. Long-life heaters with high sensitivity minimize thermal inertia, while the advanced airflow system ensures even heating across all PCBs. As a lead-free hot air reflow oven, it reduces energy consumption while maintaining excellent soldering performance, making it perfect for small to medium-volume production.
The L10 transport system uses a mesh belt combined with guide rails, supporting PCBs of various sizes steadily. Spring-type tensioning prevents belt slippage, while closed-loop speed control keeps deviation within ±2%. Optional double rails and central supports accommodate different production setups.
