| SMT Label Mounter Overview
The SMT Label Mounter efficiently places labels on PCBs of various sizes and types. Designed for high-volume PCB assembly lines, it supports multiple label materials and thicknesses. The machine features dual placement heads, independent vacuum detection, and optional barcode printing. | Feature of SMT Label Mounter
The integrated steel frame and marble base provide structural stability. Ball screws and linear guide rails ensure high accuracy, while imported servo motors offer fast movement and repeatable positioning. The arch bridge suspension enhances load-bearing performance, supporting high-speed, long-term operation without mechanical deviation.
Dual mounting heads lift, lower, and rotate 360° independently. Imported ball splines and visual positioning with flying and fixed cameras ensure consistent accuracy. Red and blue lights improve label detection. This setup allows precise placement of labels on various PCB components and heights, minimizing errors and increasing throughput.
Two electric intelligent feeders handle a wide range of label sizes, from 1.8×2.0 mm to 100×40 mm. Anti-slip mats prevent waste, while optical sensors ensure correct label delivery. Special adjustments accommodate complex or fragile materials, maintaining production efficiency and reducing downtime for feeder reloading.
The conveyor speed is adjustable and allows flexible PCB direction. Pneumatic blockers and optical sensors ensure precise stop positions. A synchronized ball screw and slide rail maintain track parallelism, preventing PCB jams and enabling smooth continuous production in SMT lines.
