DIP Line 101

The Wave Solder Unloading Conveyor is designed for the back-end section of DIP and THT wave soldering lines. After a PCB passes through fluxing, preheating, and wave soldering, the board is still hot and should not be handled directly by operators. This machine receives the soldered PCB and transfers it toward the next process in a stable way. It uses a high-temperature antistatic belt, fan cooling design, motor control, and a rugged steel structure. The standard dimension is 12004851400 mm, and the PCB width supports 50–400 mm. The width, length, and conveying connection can be customized based on the Customer’s production layout.

Wave Loader Before Wave Soldering

Wave Loader

The Wave Loader is used before the wave soldering machine. It receives PCBs from the manual insertion line, automatic insertion machine, or transfer conveyor, and then feeds them into the soldering process. This front-end machine helps keep PCB movement stable before fluxing and soldering. It uses an aluminum frame, adjustable rail width, variable speed control, and a dedicated aluminum transfer slot to reduce PCB stuck issues. The PCB width supports 50–350 mm, and PCB thickness supports 0.6–6.0 mm. In a full DIP line, the Wave Loader helps reduce unstable manual feeding and gives the soldering process a more controlled start.

Wave Unloader After Wave Soldering

Wave Unloader

The Wave Unloader is the key machine after the wave soldering process. This is where the Wave Solder Unloading Conveyor receives hot PCBs and moves them forward to cooling, DIP AOI, visual checking, manual repair, functional testing, or final assembly. The high-temperature antistatic belt helps protect PCB surfaces during transfer. Cooling fans help lower the board temperature while it moves along the conveyor. The rugged steel frame gives strong support for daily production. As a Wave Soldering Unloader, it helps reduce direct operator contact with hot boards and makes the post-soldering process safer, cleaner, and easier to manage.

I.C.T provides full DIP production line equipment for through-hole assembly factories. Related products include manual insertion lines, automatic insertion machines, wave soldering machines, selective soldering machines, DIP AOI, soldering robots, PCB conveyors, loaders, unloaders, and other handling systems. I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line included the I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT pick and place machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. During the project, I.C.T engineers supported line installation, machine connection, debugging, production testing, and operator training. After testing, the Customer gave positive feedback on I.C.T service, quick response, equipment quality, and real production performance.

Training covers start-up, shutdown, belt checking, fan checking, height adjustment, speed setting, daily cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
