| Stable Output After Soldering

The Wave Solder Output Conveyor is installed after the wave soldering machine in DIP and THT production lines. Its main job is to receive soldered PCBs and move them to the next process safely. After fluxing, preheating, and soldering, the PCB still carries heat, so direct manual handling is not ideal. This machine uses a high-temperature antistatic belt, fan cooling, motor control, and a rugged steel body to support stable post-soldering transfer. The standard dimension is 12004851400 mm. PCB width supports 50–400 mm and can be customized for special board sizes. It can also match different production directions and factory layouts.
| Product Features In DIP Line

The Wave Loader is placed before the wave soldering machine. In a full DIP line, PCBs first pass through manual insertion, automatic insertion, or transfer conveyors. Then the loader feeds them into the wave soldering process with controlled movement. It uses an aluminum frame, adjustable rail width, variable speed control, and a stable transfer slot. The PCB width range is 50–350 mm, and PCB thickness supports 0.6–6.0 mm. The loader helps reduce unstable manual feeding and keeps the board position more consistent before soldering. This front-end machine gives the soldering process a cleaner starting point.

The Wave Unloader works after the wave soldering machine and acts as the output transfer section. This is where the Wave Solder Output Conveyor becomes important. It receives hot PCBs from the soldering area and sends them toward cooling, DIP AOI, visual inspection, manual repair, functional testing, or final assembly. The high-temperature antistatic belt helps protect boards during movement, while the fan cooling design supports safer handling after soldering. The steel frame gives the machine stronger support for daily production. As a Wave Soldering Unloader, it helps make the back-end process more stable and easier for operators to manage.

| DIP Line Equipment List

I.C.T provides complete DIP production line equipment for through-hole assembly factories. Related products include manual insertion lines, automatic insertion machines, wave soldering machines, selective soldering machines, DIP AOI, soldering robots, PCB conveyors, loaders, unloaders, and other handling systems. In a standard DIP line, the loader is used before the wave soldering machine, and the Wave Solder Output Conveyor is used after soldering for safe board output. I.C.T can plan the whole line according to PCB size, component type, production capacity, workshop space, and inspection needs. This helps Customers connect insertion, soldering, cooling, inspection, repair, and final output in one practical production flow.

| Customer Success Video
I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line used the I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT pick and place machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. During installation, I.C.T engineers helped the Customer connect each process and test real production. After the test, the Customer gave positive feedback on the service response, equipment quality, and overall line performance.
| Comprehensive Service Support
I.C.T provides service for full DIP line projects, not only for one conveyor or one machine. Before shipment, our team checks the frame, belt movement, cooling fans, motor operation, electrical system, PCB direction, conveying height, and packaging condition. During onsite support, engineers help connect the Wave Solder Output Conveyor with the wave soldering machine and downstream equipment. Training includes start-up, shutdown, belt checking, fan checking, height adjustment, speed setting, daily cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. For Customers building a new line, the output section needs correct connection because it handles hot PCBs. I.C.T helps operators understand the process faster and reduce production start-up risk.

| What Clients Say
Customers often praise I.C.T engineers for clear training, fast response, and careful problem solving during installation. They also give good feedback on the machine structure, stable transfer, and practical line design. For international delivery, I.C.T uses strong export packaging to protect equipment during long-distance transportation. When Customers have questions about machine settings, line connection, production testing, or daily use, our team follows up quickly until the issue is solved. This support helps Customers feel more confident when building or upgrading a DIP production line.

| Certifications and Standards
I.C.T focuses on quality control for complete SMT and DIP line equipment. Our company has CE, RoHS, ISO9001, patents, and other related quality documents. These certificates support our work in machine safety, production management, and long-term quality control. Before delivery, every machine goes through structure inspection, electrical testing, function testing, and packing confirmation. For machines used around wave soldering, stable transfer is very important because PCBs may be hot and sensitive after soldering. I.C.T keeps improving design, testing, and inspection standards to support reliable electronics manufacturing.
