| PCB Input Before Soldering

DIP Line 101

The wave solder input conveyor is used before the wave soldering machine to feed PCBs into the soldering process smoothly. In a DIP or THT production line, boards usually come from a manual insertion line, automatic insertion machine, or transfer conveyor. This equipment helps keep PCB movement stable before fluxing, preheating, and soldering. It uses an aluminum structure, adjustable rail width, motor drive, and variable speed control. The standard size is 800600950 mm/set. It supports PCB width from 50 to 350 mm and PCB thickness from 0.6 to 6.0 mm. The machine can also be customized based on line layout.

| Product Features In DIP Line

Wave Loader For Input Transfer

Wave Loader

The Wave Loader is the front-end transfer machine before wave soldering. Its main job is to receive inserted PCBs and send them toward the wave soldering machine at a controlled speed. As an input Wave Loader, it helps reduce unstable manual feeding and keeps the board position more consistent. The rail width can be adjusted by a stainless steel screw, which is useful when the Customer produces different PCB sizes. A dedicated aluminum transfer slot helps reduce PCB jamming during movement. The heavier bottom design also helps the machine stay steady during daily production. For factories that need a wave solder input conveyor for Wave Soldering Machine, this machine is a practical connection point between insertion and soldering.

Wave Unloader For Output Transfer

Wave Unloader

The Wave Unloader is placed after the wave soldering machine. While the loader controls PCB input, the unloader handles the output side after soldering. It receives hot PCBs and transfers them to cooling, DIP AOI, manual repair, testing, or final assembly. The unloader uses a high-temperature antistatic belt, fan cooling, and a rugged steel frame. Its PCB width supports 50 to 400 mm and can be customized for special products. In a complete DIP line, the loader and unloader work together to keep the soldering process continuous. One controls stable board entry, and the other supports safe board exit after soldering.

DIP Line Position: Before Wave Soldering

In a complete DIP production line, the wave solder input conveyor is installed before the wave soldering machine. The typical process is component insertion, PCB transfer, loading, fluxing, preheating, wave soldering, unloading, cooling, and inspection. The input conveyor is important because it connects the insertion area with the soldering machine. If PCB feeding is not stable, the soldering process may be affected. A reliable input conveyor helps keep the production rhythm clear and reduces extra handling by operators. For THT assembly, this position is especially useful for boards with many through-hole components, larger PCB sizes, or higher production requirements.

| Customer Success Video

In Uzbekistan, I.C.T provided SMT and DIP line installation support for a Customer building a large electronics manufacturing factory. The factory produces computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The SMT line included the I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT pick and place machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. I.C.T engineers supported the project from early planning to installation, debugging, production testing, and training. After testing, the Customer gave positive feedback on I.C.T service, response speed, product quality, and production results.

| Comprehensive Service Support

I.C.T supports the full DIP production line, not just one single machine. Before shipment, our team checks the machine frame, rail adjustment, motor operation, speed control, PCB direction, transport height, electrical system, and packaging condition. During onsite service, engineers help connect the wave solder input conveyor with the insertion line and wave soldering machine. Training covers start-up, shutdown, width adjustment, speed setting, board transfer checking, safety points, daily maintenance, and common troubleshooting. For a new DIP factory, correct line connection is very important. I.C.T helps Customers reduce setup risk, train operators faster, and move from installation to stable production more smoothly.
