Off-line Selective Soldering Machine


The I.C.T off-line selective PCB soldering machine is a high-performance system developed and assembled in China for flexible multi-wave soldering in high-volume processes. PCB plate fixed while spray and soldering platform move for better accuracy. N2 online heating system wets solder perfectly and reduces solder dross. Full PC control sets parameters like moving path, solder temperature, flux type, solder type, N2 temperature, etc., with easy save and repeat for PCB soldering quality.

Auto wave height calibration function checks after every certain PCB to keep stable wave height. CCD mark positioning table with cast aluminum, lighter weight with quick motion speed. Panasonic servo motor and linear guide rail ensure less noise, stable movement. German jet valve creates small flux dots, flux solid content less than 10%. Electromagnetic pump coil adopts German imported brand for stability and reliability of the peak. Solder pot made of Ti, no leakage, with cast iron heater outside for robust, quick heat up. Precise Flux System

1-1 Precision Flux Application


High-frequency pulse injection valve gets precise fluxing result with small flux dot, flux solid content less than 10%. Flux nozzle jam detection function is optional. Tray under the jet valve catches flux residue for easy maintenance. Nozzle mounted on XY platform, accuracy of repetition and positioning can reach 0.02mm. Flux stocked by pressure tank, makes sure pressure stable without influence of amount of flux. High precision pressure flow meter used for flow control, corrosion resistant material.

All pneumatic components made of Japanese SMC brand. Flux pressure flow meter and nitrogen flow placed on surface of machine for visual operation. External humanized design is convenient for operation and adjustment. SMC brand automatic extraction pump adopted to ensure stable flux supply.
