Reject quality hazards:

The viscosity of solder paste, glue and silver paste is obviously affected by temperature. The solder paste with insufficient temperature  recovery has strong viscosity, unable to exert good thixotropy, Affect the forming of printing solder paste. 

1. The water vapor content in the air is directly proportional to the temperature. 

2. Water vapor condenses into liquid and enters the solder paste. 

3. In the reflow process, steam formed by water burst and overflowed from the solder paste, resulting in molten solder paste splashing to the  board surface and forming a large number of solder beads.
