The automatic circuit board foot cutting machine adopts the eagle claw type shrapnel jig, fully automatic pushing, high stability, and can be connected to the production line and automatic soldering furnace.
PCB boards are fed into the cutting foot, depending on the size and thickness of the part foot, the track speed can be adjusted to increase the life of the cutting knife.
Automatic electronic circuit board cutting machine rail eagle claw spring, can clamp the PCB board, manually placed in the conveyor chain, automatic transmission, and can be pushed from the back, advance powerful and smooth.

Emergency stop protection: The machine is equipped with an emergency stop protection switch, which can quickly cut off the power supply in the event of a normal guide.

An I.C.T Customer from Hungary visited our factory in early December to carry out the final acceptance of their customized full automatic THT production line. The project was designed for through-hole PCB assembly manufacturing and focused on system-level performance validation before shipment.
The production line includes an Odd Form Insertion Machine, Wave Soldering Machine (Acrab), and a DIP AOI inspection system.
