The JUKI JM-50 is Odd form insertion equipment designed for reliable automatic insertion in DIP and THT production lines. It is suitable for factories that produce many product types in small or medium batches. The machine supports various odd-form parts, including radial components, axial components, loose parts, stick parts, tray parts, and special components. With flexible feeder options, 3D vision centering, mini chuck nozzle support, and lead correction jig options, JM-50 helps reduce manual insertion work and improve process consistency. It supports component sizes from 0603 to □50 mm, maximum component height of 30 mm, and PCB weight up to 2 kg.

The JUKI JM-50 uses a flexible feeder system to support different odd-form components in one production platform. It can work with radial feeders, axial feeders, stacked stick feeders, general-purpose bulk feeders, tray holders, and SMT tape feeders. Related products include manual insertion lines, automatic insertion machines, odd-form insertion machines, wave soldering machines, selective soldering machines, DIP AOI, soldering robots, PCB conveyors, loaders, unloaders, and repair stations. In a typical DIP line, JM-50 is used to automate components that are slow, unstable, or costly to insert by hand. The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line used stencil printing, SMT placement, reflow soldering, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems.
