The JUKI JM-50 is Odd form insertion equipment designed for reliable automatic insertion in DIP and THT production lines. It is suitable for factories that produce many product types in small or medium batches. The machine supports various odd-form parts, including radial components, axial components, loose parts, stick parts, tray parts, and special components. With flexible feeder options, 3D vision centering, mini chuck nozzle support, and lead correction jig options, JM-50 helps reduce manual insertion work and improve process consistency. It supports component sizes from 0603 to □50 mm, maximum component height of 30 mm, and PCB weight up to 2 kg.
| Product Features

The JUKI JM-50 uses a flexible feeder system to support different odd-form components in one production platform. It can work with radial feeders, axial feeders, stacked stick feeders, general-purpose bulk feeders, tray holders, and SMT tape feeders. This makes it practical for Customers that need to insert many types of parts without changing the whole production method. The feeder design is useful for high-mix low-volume manufacturing, where frequent product changeover is common. As an odd form component insertion machine, JM-50 helps reduce manual labor, shorten changeover time, and give production teams more freedom when handling different component packages.

One important advantage of JM-50 is the new mini chuck nozzle design. It supports a wider range of components and helps reduce cycle time, tooling cost, and programming work. For odd-form insertion, some components are difficult to pick with standard tools because their body shape, lead position, or package size is not regular. The mini chuck nozzle gives the machine more flexibility when handling special parts. For factories looking for DIP Automated Inserter Odd Form Component Insertion Equipment, this function helps improve component coverage and supports more stable automatic insertion in real production.

JM-50 can be equipped with a 3D vision centering system and lead correction jig. The vision system helps check component position before insertion, while the lead correction jig helps correct leads that may not be within tolerance. This is important because bent or uneven leads can cause failed insertion, damaged components, or poor production flow. By improving part recognition and lead condition before insertion, the machine helps reduce waste and improves insertion reliability. As an odd form component inserting system, JM-50 is suitable for Customers who need better control over THT component placement quality.

| DIP Line Equipment List

I.C.T can integrate the JUKI JM-50 into a complete DIP production line based on the Customer’s PCB size, component list, capacity target, and factory layout. Related products include manual insertion lines, automatic insertion machines, odd-form insertion machines, wave soldering machines, selective soldering machines, DIP AOI, soldering robots, PCB conveyors, loaders, unloaders, and repair stations. In a typical DIP line, JM-50 is used to automate components that are slow, unstable, or costly to insert by hand. After insertion, PCBs can move to wave soldering, cooling, AOI inspection, manual repair, functional testing, and final assembly. I.C.T helps Customers plan the full process instead of only selling one machine.

| Customer Success Video
I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line used stencil printing, SMT placement, reflow soldering, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. I.C.T engineers helped with early planning, line connection, installation, debugging, production testing, and operator training. After testing, the Customer gave positive feedback on I.C.T’s service response, machine quality, packaging protection, and technical support during the production start-up stage.
| Comprehensive Service Support
I.C.T supports Customers from project planning to real production. Before delivery, our team checks the machine configuration, feeder plan, PCB flow direction, line connection, air supply, electrical requirements, and packaging condition. During onsite support, I.C.T engineers help connect Odd form insertion equipment with upstream and downstream machines, including manual insertion lines, conveyors, wave soldering machines, AOI, and repair stations. Training covers machine operation, feeder installation, component changeover, program preparation, vision checking, insertion testing, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. For Customers using automatic odd-form insertion for the first time, this support helps operators understand the process faster and reduce avoidable setup mistakes.

| What Clients Say
Customers often praise I.C.T engineers for clear training, patient communication, and fast problem solving during overseas installation. They also give good feedback on the practical DIP line layout, stable machine operation, and quick response when production questions appear. For machines such as JM-50, correct feeder setup and component testing are very important, so Customers value hands-on support from experienced engineers. I.C.T also uses strong export packaging to protect equipment during long-distance shipping. This gives Customers more confidence when they start a new THT automation line or upgrade from manual insertion to automated production.
