The SMT LED TV Assembly Conveyor Belt Line is designed for electronics factories that need a clear and stable production flow after SMT and DIP processes. In LED TV manufacturing, PCBs and semi-finished parts often need manual assembly, cable connection, checking, repair, labeling, and preparation before final testing or packing. The green anti-static PVC belt helps move LED TV PCBs and electronic assemblies between workstations safely. I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included SMT and DIP production lines, as well as conveyor systems for production connection. The SMT line included stencil printing, SMT placement, reflow soldering, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. Although the product was not LED TV, the project shows I.C.T’s ability to plan and support full electronics manufacturing lines. Our engineers helped with installation, debugging, testing, and training. After production testing, the Customer gave positive feedback on service response, equipment quality, packaging, and technical support.
