The SMT Assembly Conveyor Belt Line is used in electronics factories to connect PCB transfer, manual assembly, inspection, repair, and process preparation. After SMT placement, reflow soldering, DIP insertion, or wave soldering, many products still need operator work before final testing or packing. This line gives each operator a clear workstation and keeps boards moving in an organized direction. The system uses a green anti-static PVC belt, aluminum profile frame, working tables, lighting, lower power sockets, operation card holders, and optional tools. The standard design can be adjusted based on product size, operator quantity, factory space, and production flow.
| Product Features
The green anti-static PVC belt helps move PCBs and semi-finished products safely between workstations. In electronics production, static control is important because many boards include sensitive chips, connectors, ICs, and power components. A stable belt transfer path reduces unnecessary hand carrying and helps operators keep a better working rhythm. The conveyor can be used after SMT production, DIP production, manual insertion, inspection, or repair. The working tables provide space for operators to complete assembly, component checking, cable connection, labeling, repair, soldering support, screw preparation, or small tool placement. The line includes 40W lighting with section control, helping operators see components, solder joints, cables, labels, and connector positions more clearly. Lower power sockets can be arranged on both sides, making it easier to use electric screwdrivers, soldering stations, hot air guns, glue guns, and other tools. Operation card holders can show work instructions, quality standards, repair notes, or process reminders. The line can also be matched with tweezers, nippers, wire strippers, ESD ion fans, exhaust hoods, air pipes, ESD boxes, and other factory tools. I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included SMT and DIP production lines with different conveyor systems for production connection. The SMT line covered stencil printing, SMT placement, reflow soldering, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems.
