Assembly Belt Line

The Dip Manual Insertion PCB Assembly Line is designed for electronics factories that need a stable and organized manual insertion process before soldering, inspection, repair, or final assembly. In DIP production, operators often need to insert through-hole components, check polarity, prepare cables, handle semi-finished PCBs, and move boards to the next process. This line helps divide the work into clear stations and keeps PCBs moving in one controlled direction. It uses a green anti-static PVC belt, aluminum profile frame, working tables, lighting system, power sockets, operation card holders, and optional production tools. The line length, table layout, and workstation quantity can be adjusted based on product type, operator number, and factory space.

Manual Insertion Workstations

The main value of the Dip Manual Insertion PCB Assembly Line is to make manual insertion work more orderly. Operators can stand or sit along both sides of the line and complete their assigned tasks step by step. Each station can be used for inserting radial parts, axial parts, connectors, terminals, wires, sockets, switches, and other through-hole components. Instead of placing boards randomly on separate tables, the line keeps PCBs moving through a clear production path. This helps supervisors check progress more easily and helps operators avoid mixed processes. For factories with many product models, clear workstation design can make production changeover smoother and less chaotic.

Anti-Static Belt And PCB Transfer

The green anti-static PVC belt helps move PCBs safely between different operation stations. During DIP production, PCBs may already contain SMT parts, ICs, connectors, or power devices, so ESD protection matters. A stable belt also reduces repeated manual carrying and keeps boards moving at a steady pace. The transport height is typically 750±20mm, which is comfortable for most manual operation areas. The transport direction can be left-to-right or right-to-left, depending on factory layout. Working Tables, Lighting And Tools

The line includes working tables for component trays, tools, documents, fixtures, and semi-finished parts. The lighting system uses 40W lamps with section control, helping operators see component holes, polarity marks, labels, solder pads, and connector positions more clearly. Power sockets can be arranged along the lower line for electric screwdrivers, soldering stations, glue guns, hot air guns, and other tools. The line can also support tweezers, nippers, wire strippers, ESD ion fans, exhaust hoods, ESD boxes, air pipes, and operation cards. These details make the assembly conveyor belt line more useful for real daily production.

The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line covered stencil printing, SMT placement, reflow soldering, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling.
