The I.C.T A131 THT Axial Lead Component Insertion Machine is designed for automatic insertion of axial lead components in DIP and through-hole PCB assembly. It is suitable for resistors, diodes, inductors, fuses, jumper wires, capacitors, transistors, and other 52–90mm standard package components. The machine supports 25000 CPH insertion speed, with 10 or 20 standard feeder inputs. Optional feeder configurations can support 30, 40, 50, or 100 inputs for larger production needs. It also supports component span from 5 to 22mm and jumper span from 5 to 26mm. With compact design, auto recovery, 0–360° insertion direction, and stable feeding, this machine helps factories reduce manual insertion work and improve production consistency.
