This lets you detect issues like insufficient paste, bridging, offset, or shape problems before they move to placement. The system supports Gerber file import for quick programming and gives standard SPC reports to track trends. Advanced Vision System The vision system in the I.C.T SPI SMT Solder Paste Inspection Machine uses a high-resolution 5-megapixel camera (with a 12-megapixel option available) paired with a professional telecentric lens. This combination captures clear, detailed images and supports accurate measurements even on complex PCB surfaces. All-round adjustable light sources prevent color distortion from different soldering angles. The original PSLM technology simulates grating periods through software, which greatly improves both measurement precision and the range of applications. Special test algorithms further boost detection accuracy and overall capability. As a result, the system reliably identifies tiny defects without being affected by shadows or reflections, helping maintain high quality across fast production runs.

The platform system features a strong arch bridge suspension structure that provides excellent mechanical stability. Two independent high-precision servo motors control the X and Y axes separately, delivering smooth and exact movement.
