Fully designed and assembled in Dongguan, the I.C.T pcb selective soldering machine is the ultimate automatic selective soldering machine for high-mix, low-to-medium volume factories. Instead of moving the PCB, a feather-light cast-aluminum gantry on Panasonic servos and precision rails brings flux and solder right to the pins. Inline nitrogen heating produces mirror-bright fillets with almost no waste. Operators dial in every parameter—paths, temperatures, spray volume, wave height—on a big Windows touchscreen and store endless programs for instant job switches. Auto wave calibration, live CCD monitoring, German jet valve, and titanium pot make this pcb selective soldering machine a reliable workhorse that keeps first-pass yields sky-high.
