Lyra series Reflow Oven 8 Zone uses top-class heating modules and optimized zone layout to achieve excellent temperature uniformity (ΔT < ±1.5℃) and repeatability. PC + Siemens PLC control system keeps temperature stability rate above 99.99%, while independent hot-air motors and precise profiling technology deliver perfect saddle or linear profiles for any PCB reflow soldering machine process.
Full sealed design with minimum openings and smart nitrogen recycling system maintains oxygen below 500ppm from preheating to cooling zones with very low nitrogen consumption – even after years of use. Optional flux management system with pyrolysis and filter units keeps the chamber clean and ensures reliable, high-quality soldering results for sensitive SMD reflow soldering oven applications.
Absolutely parallel rails with central support, anti-deformation guide rails, and closed-loop speed control (±2mm/min accuracy) guarantee smooth, stable PCB transport for single or dual-lane production.
