The NPM-DX Panasonic Pcb Smt Pick And Place Machine is a modular mounter for factories that need speed, accuracy, and easier line control. It uses a configuration of four heads and four feeder carts, allowing the machine to support up to 136 different component types. This makes it useful for high-volume production and also for factories with many PCB models. The machine can place small 0201 chips and larger components such as L 120 × W 90 × T 30 parts. The NPM-DX Panasonic Pcb Smt Pick And Place Machine can be used with complete SMT production equipment from I.C.T. A full line can include SMT loader, automatic stencil printer, SPI machine, PCB conveyor, Pick and Place Machine, Lyra series reflow oven, AOI inspection machine, PCB router, PCBA cleaning machine, and unloader. These machines connect the main SMT process from PCB loading to printing, paste inspection, component placement, reflow soldering, optical inspection, board separation, cleaning, and final unloading. I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan on a large electronics manufacturing project. The Customer built a factory for computer motherboards, SSDs, memory-related products, and other electronic assemblies.
