| I.C.T WTC-M | High-end Wave Soldering Tilt Conveyors

The Wave Soldering Tilt Conveyors are designed for PCB transfer around wave soldering machines in DIP and THT production lines. In real production, PCBs may need to move from one height to another before or after soldering. A normal flat conveyor may not be enough for this kind of line connection. The I.C.T WTC-M tilt conveyor uses PLC control, a touch screen panel, step motor conveying, and adjustable angle design to make PCB transfer smoother and easier to control. The angle can be adjusted from 3 to 7 degrees. It supports PCB sizes from 6060 mm to 630460 mm and PCB weight up to 4.5 kg.
| Features of Wave Soldering Tilt Conveyors
I.C.T provides all kinds of conveyors for SMT electronics industry, from PCB handling to pallet applications for electronics manufacturing.

Adjustable height and angle

The Wave Soldering Tilt Conveyors use a touch screen and PLC control system to make operation easier for production teams. Operators can set conveyor speed, angle, and working status directly on the screen. This design reduces manual adjustment and makes the transfer process more consistent during daily production. The PLC helps control the conveyor movement, PCB stopping, and signal communication in a stable way. For factories that need automatic PCB transfer around wave soldering machines, this control system makes the equipment easier to manage, especially when different PCB sizes or production requirements are used on the same line.
The tilt angle can be adjusted from 3 to 7 degrees according to the production line layout. This is useful when the PCB needs to move between machines with different heights or when the wave soldering process requires a smoother transition section. The angle can be set through the touch screen, so operators do not need to make complex mechanical changes each time. This flexible design helps the conveyor connect with different wave soldering machines, inlet conveyors, outlet conveyors, and inspection stations. It also supports cleaner PCB flow and reduces unnecessary board handling during production.
The machine includes cylinder stoppers at both the entrance and exit. These stoppers help control when the PCB enters and leaves the conveyor. In automatic DIP and THT lines, uncontrolled PCB movement can cause transfer errors, spacing issues, or poor connection with the next machine. The stopper design helps each PCB stop at the correct position before moving forward. This is especially important when the conveyor is connected with wave soldering equipment, AOI, repair stations, or other PCB handling machines. Precise stopping gives the line better rhythm and makes the whole transfer process easier to control.
The conveyor uses a step motor drive system, and the transfer speed can be set on the touch screen. This makes speed adjustment more direct and more accurate than simple manual control. Operators can match the conveyor speed with the actual production rhythm, PCB size, and downstream machine speed. A stable step motor drive helps reduce sudden movement and supports smoother PCB transport. For boards with through-hole components, steady transfer is important because the components should remain in position before and after soldering. This design helps improve line stability without making operation complicated.
The rail width can be adjusted smoothly by a lead screw, which helps the conveyor handle different PCB sizes. The adjustment is parallel and stable, making it suitable for mixed production or frequent product changeovers. The conveyor supports PCB sizes from 6060 mm to 630460 mm, with a maximum PCB weight of 4.5 kg. It is also SMEMA compatible for both input and output communication. This allows the conveyor to exchange signals with upstream and downstream machines. With width adjustment and SMEMA support, the Wave Soldering Tilt Conveyors can be integrated more easily into automatic DIP and THT production lines.

| Customer Success Video
I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan to build a large electronics manufacturing factory for computer motherboards, SSD products, and memory-related products. The project included both SMT and DIP production lines. The SMT line included the I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT pick and place machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included a manual insertion line, JUKI odd-form insertion machine, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering machine, and conveyor systems. During the project, I.C.T engineers supported line connection, installation, debugging, production testing, and operator training. After testing, the Customer gave positive feedback on I.C.T service, quick response, equipment quality, and stable production support.
| Comprehensive Service Support
I.C.T supports full DIP line projects instead of only supplying one conveyor. Before shipment, our team checks the frame structure, rail movement, touch screen operation, PLC control, step motor running, cylinder stopper function, SMEMA communication, angle adjustment, PCB stopping position, and packing protection. During onsite service, engineers help connect the Wave Soldering Tilt Conveyors with wave soldering machines, insertion lines, output conveyors, and inspection stations. Training includes touch screen operation, angle setting, speed setting, width adjustment, stopper checking, SMEMA signal checking, daily cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. For new production teams, this training helps operators understand the conveyor faster and reduce setup mistakes during real production.
