Built and tested in China, the I.C.T online selective soldering machine is the perfect PCBA automatic selective wave soldering machine for high-mix, high-volume lines. The board stays stationary while the flux and solder modules move on a fast, lightweight cast-aluminum platform driven by Panasonic servos and linear rails — quiet, accurate, and stable. Nitrogen online heating ensures excellent wetting and minimum dross. Every parameter — path, temperature, flux volume, wave height — is set and saved in Windows-based software for perfect repeatability. Automatic wave calibration and real-time CCD monitoring keep quality rock-solid. German jet valve, pressure tank, and electromagnetic pump deliver reliability you can count on day after day.
