The Desktop PCBA Coating Machine is designed for small-batch or prototype PCBA coating with high precision. Its three-axis robot handles selective coating on single- or double-sided boards. The machine accommodates PCB sizes from 50×50 to 400×400mm and component heights up to 80mm. 10L material and 2L cleaning tanks, along with adjustable spray valves, ensure consistent coating performance. It supports dots, lines, arcs, circles, and complex curves. Three-axis robots provide exact coating on complex PCBs. Adjustable valves manage different viscosities and UV or epoxy adhesives. Height detection ensures consistent layer thickness, while edge recognition prevents overspray. Supports single- and double-sided boards.
