The X-ray Components Counter automates SMD component counting for high-speed SMT production lines. Using AI-assisted X-ray inspection, it provides precise detection of ultra-small 0201 and 01005 components. Multi-tray design enables simultaneous counting of multiple reels to improve throughput. Optional barcode and printer modules allow integration with MES and ERP systems, ensuring traceable inventory. By automating component counting, the system reduces human error, supports continuous material flow, and enhances operational efficiency in PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing.

AI-Assisted X-Ray Detection

X-ray imaging and AI algorithms enable accurate counting of each component, including ultra-small parts. The system reduces miscounts, improves pick and place feed accuracy, and ensures stable supply of SMD components for production lines.

Multi-Tray Simultaneous Counting

Four trays can operate concurrently, allowing multiple reels to be counted at once. Adjustable tray positions support various reel sizes and batch operations, improving efficiency and reducing operator workload on high-volume SMT lines.

Forward and Reverse Counting

The counter supports both counting directions, enabling flexibility when reels are reloaded or reversed. This feature ensures accurate inventory, prevents misplacement, and maintains continuous workflow across multiple SMT production stages.

Apply the AI-optimized counting algorithm to realize spot inspection of various materials: standard SMD, dicing tape, JEDEC/Matrix tray, MELF, Aluminum Caps, Soic, To, BGA/CPU, Tantal, filter and other parts. Four material pallets can be counted at the same time, and it only takes 8 seconds to complete, which shortens the counting time of parts pallets, automatically uploads data to the cloud, regularly updates the database, and links with the factory ERP/MES system, greatly saving time and cost. Easy to manage.
