The system employs AI-assisted X-ray imaging to identify and count SMD components with high precision. Real-time analysis prevents miscounts, ensures accurate feeding to placement machines, and maintains consistent assembly quality across production batches.
Up to four trays operate simultaneously, enabling multiple reels to be counted at once. Adjustable tray configurations support different reel sizes and batch operations, optimizing workflow efficiency and reducing operator involvement during high-speed production.
The counters can operate in forward or reverse mode, allowing flexibility when reels are reloaded or repositioned. Accurate inventory is maintained, errors are minimized, and continuous production flow is ensured across multiple SMT lines.
Operators can configure counting speed and batch profiles. Optional barcode and printer modules allow integration with ERP or MES systems, ensuring traceable inventory and supporting production planning for high-volume PCB assembly operations.
Component Counting System
Apply the AI-optimized counting algorithm to realize spot inspection of various materials: standard SMD, dicing tape, JEDEC/Matrix tray, MELF, Aluminum Caps, Soic, To, BGA/CPU, Tantal, filter and other parts. Four material pallets can be counted at the same time, and it only takes 8 seconds to complete, which shortens the counting time of parts pallets, automatically uploads data to the cloud, regularly updates the database, and links with the factory ERP/MES system, greatly saving time and cost. Easy to manage.
