High Precision Dispensing System

The I.C.T Solder Paste Dispenser Machine is designed to manage micro-volume adhesive and solder paste precisely across dense PCB assemblies. The X/Y linear motor drive provides fast, stable, and precise head movement across the work area. Reciprocating accuracy reaches 3σ ±5μm on X/Y/Z axes, with dynamic accuracy of 3σ ±3μm on X/Y axes.
