Transmission Structure System

The transmission structure is the base of the whole dispensing result. This SMT Adhesive Dispensing Machine uses X/Y linear motor drive control to support fast movement and high positioning stability. Its reciprocating position accuracy reaches 3σ ±5μm on the X, Y, and Z axes, while dynamic positioning accuracy reaches 3σ ±3μm on the X and Y axes. A load-type gantry structure keeps the machine stable during high-speed operation, which is important when dispensing small dots or following fine paths. For IC packaging, Mini-LED, BGA, and board mounting work, stable motion reduces offset risk and gives the process a stronger foundation for repeatable results.
Function Configuration

The function design is focused on real production conditions, not only ideal test boards. This High Precision Dispensing System can be customized according to the customer’s product and process needs. It can measure any three points on the PCB, calculate the working plane, and automatically compensate the needle height based on measured data. This helps when the substrate is not perfectly flat. The non-contact laser system can detect 1μm substrate warpage, giving engineers better control over dispensing distance. For flip-chip underfill, upper and lower dual cameras can monitor material penetration during the process and send feedback for the next filling action.
Vision Non Stop

The Vision non-stop function helps the machine inspect and compensate without breaking the production rhythm. It can detect up to 100 chips per second and automatically identify chip position deviation and height deviation. After recognition, the system adjusts the dispensing or coating action, helping each point stay closer to the planned process. This is useful for dense PCB layouts, high chip counts, and products that require many small dispensing points. The system also supports dual compensation for path and material volume. It can identify overlapping points and calculate the required glue amount, reducing unnecessary material addition and improving process control.
Configuration Options And Applications

Screw valves are suitable for high-viscosity materials such as glue or solder paste, while jet valves are better for materials with good flow performance. A PCB Dispenser System focuses on applying adhesive, solder paste, underfill, or protective material to selected PCB areas.
