The I.C.T SMT 3D SPI machine uses real 3D blue-light PSLM technology to measure solder paste height, volume, area, and shape down to the micron level. It packs a 5-megapixel high-speed camera (you can upgrade to 12M if you want) and a sharp telecentric lens that knocks out shadows and random reflections once and for all. That means no more guessing games—defects like insufficient paste, bridging, offset, or bad shapes get caught right after printing. Programming is quick with Gerber file import or simple image editing, new jobs take under 10 minutes, and you get full SPC reports to watch trends. Closed-loop feedback tells the printer what to fix instantly, cutting defects and keeping your whole SMT line running smoother and cheaper. It’s built for busy factories that can’t afford slowdowns or surprises.

Two separate high-precision servo motors run the X and Y axes on their own, so movement stays smooth and exact.
