High Precision Dispensing System

The I.C.T PCB Glue Dispensing Machine is designed for small-volume, high-accuracy material application in modern electronics manufacturing. It is used for semiconductor packages, board mounting, LED back-end, Mini-LED, PC hard drive parts, ICs, BGAs, and other fine PCB processes. The system combines linear motor motion, laser height measurement, high-speed vision, and automatic correction to control glue, solder paste, and underfill materials more consistently. It can check PCB height changes, detect chip deviation, and adjust the dispensing action during production. For factories working with dense boards and smaller components, this machine helps bring the dispensing process closer to a controlled, measurable standard.

The machine structure is built for speed and accuracy at the same time. This PCB Glue Dispensing Machine uses X/Y linear motor drive control, giving the system stable movement during high-speed dispensing. Its reciprocating position accuracy reaches 3σ ±5μm on X, Y, and Z axes, and dynamic position accuracy reaches 3σ ±3μm on X and Y axes. The load-type gantry structure helps reduce vibration and keeps the motion stable when the head moves quickly across the working area. For high-density PCB assemblies, Mini-LED, semiconductor packages, and fine board mounting, this structure gives the machine a reliable base for repeatable dispensing results.

The function setup is made for real PCB conditions. Boards may bend slightly, parts may shift, and the working height may change from one area to another. This High Precision Dispensing System can measure three PCB points, calculate the surface plane, and adjust the needle height automatically. Its non-contact laser can detect substrate warpage down to 1μm, helping the dispensing distance stay controlled. For flip-chip underfill work, upper and lower dual cameras can watch the material penetration during the process. The system can then feed information back for the next filling step, making the operation less dependent on manual judgment.

The Vision non-stop function helps inspection and dispensing move together. The system can detect up to 100 chips per second, identify position deviation and height deviation, then compensate the next dispensing action. This is useful when a product has many chips or small dispensing points, because stopping for every check would slow the line down. The SMT PCB Dispenser System also supports dual compensation for path and glue volume. It can calculate overlapping points and reduce extra material addition. For fine PCB glue or solder paste work, this helps reduce overflow, missing dots, and unstable material coverage.

Applications

Different products need different valves and different process settings. This SMT Dispensing System can use screw valves for high-viscosity materials such as glue or solder paste, while jet valves are suitable for materials with better fluidity. For SMT solder paste dispenser applications, the smallest solder paste dot can reach 110μm, which is useful for high-precision IC and BGA production. The machine can be used in semiconductor packaging, PCB board mounting, LED back-end, Mini-LED, and PC hard drive manufacturing. As a PCB glue dispenser, it gives engineers more options for dot size, material type, speed, and application method.

This product can be connected with I.C.T’s coating and dispensing production line. Related equipment may include jet dispensing machines, conformal coating machines, UV curing ovens, IR curing ovens, PCB conveyors, coating AOI systems, and PCBA depaneling machines. A PCB Glue Dispensing Machine applies glue, underfill, solder paste, or protective material to selected positions. A conformal coating machine covers larger PCB areas for moisture and dust protection. Curing ovens complete the UV or thermal reaction after application. AOI helps check process results, while depaneling equipment supports final board separation. These machines can be combined based on material behavior, PCB size, production speed, and layout needs.
