The Acrab series wave soldering is designed for factories that need to handle everything from small consumer boards to Wave Soldering Machine for Large PCB Parts used in automotive and industrial equipment. Three models cover 350 mm, 450 mm, and 615 mm width. It integrates Wave Soldering Machine with Flux, long preheating, ultra-stable dual wave, and modular options (nitrogen, top preheat, electric width). Operating power stays at 8-10 kW. Tool-free maintenance keeps the entire pcb wave soldering machine line running with almost no downtime.

Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The full spray assembly slides forward on rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles, controlled by stepper motors, deliver programmable flux volume, angle, width, and density. All parameters are saved and repeatable. Automatic cleaning cycle and 316 stainless steel construction keep the chamber spotless. The Wave Soldering Machine with Flux is ready for the next board in seconds.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three independent zones total 1800 mm length. Hot air convection plus infrared tubes bring the tunnel to 250 ℃ in fifteen minutes. High-temperature insulation cotton maintains ±2 ℃ across the entire board surface. Each zone uses plug-in drawer design — heaters replace without tools. Optional top preheat module installs instantly for extra-thick boards.


Stable Conveyor System

3-1 Acrab Conveyor System

Precision chain and heavy-duty double-hook titanium fingers transport boards up to 615 mm wide without dropping. Patented synchronous entry device guarantees smooth transfer from the loader. Conveyor speed accuracy ±2 mm/min. Fingers self-clean during operation. Width adjustment manual or electric. This system makes the pcb wave soldering machine perfect for mixed production.


Advanced Soldering System

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

One-piece cast-iron pot with enamel coating holds 500-700 kg lead-free solder and never deforms. Dual wave height variation under 0.5 mm. Automatic dross return channel removes waste continuously. Large touchscreen shows real-time temperature curves. PC+PLC with PID+SSR control locks parameters exactly. Standby mode reduces tin oxidation during pauses.
