This table top wave soldering machine is the quiet killer in thousands of small and medium DIP lines. Three sizes — 350, 450, 615 mm — fit on any bench or inline. Dual spray, long preheat, rock-solid dual wave, touchscreen that doesn’t play games. Operating power drops to 8-10 kW and stays there. Tool-free drawers, optional nitrogen, optional electric width. It’s the soldering wave machine and flow solder machine you call when the big boys are too much money.

Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

Pull the handle and the whole spray unit rolls out like it’s on rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles ride stepper motors that don’t miss. Flux hits every pin exactly right. Flow, angle, density — all locked in memory. Auto-clean kicks in, 316 stainless steel shrugs off acid. Push it back and the table top wave soldering machine is ready for the next case.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three zones run 1800 mm total. Hot air and infrared do the heavy lifting. Fifteen minutes and you’re at 250 ℃. Thick cotton keeps the heat honest within two degrees. Each zone slides out separate — swap a heater before the foreman notices. Top preheat option sits there waiting. The heat wave soldering machine never leaves a board cold.


Stable Conveyor System

The wave soldering machine chain runs smooth as silk. Double-hook titanium fingers lock down 615 mm automotive panels. Patented entry device catches every board clean. Speed holds dead on ±2 mm/min. Fingers scrub themselves on the fly. Width changes by crank or motor. The chain keeps the whole line breathing.

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

Cast-iron pot with enamel skin holds 500-700 kg lead-free tin. Dual wave stays inside half a millimeter. Automatic dross channel drags the junk away. Optional nitrogen blanket kills oxidation cold. Joints come out bright and fat. The flow solder machine pays for itself in tin savings alone.


Powerful Cooling System

5-1 Acrab Cooling System

Top fans roar the second boards clear the wave. Bottom fans jump in for thick stuff. Heat vanishes. Components stay cool. Solder hardens mirror-clean. Board slides out ready for inspection. No thermal damage, no comebacks. The table top wave soldering machine ends the story right.
