This SMD Wave Soldering machine stands at the heart of modern mixed SMT+DIP lines. Three models (350 / 450 / 615 mm) accept boards from reflow and insertion sections alike. Dual spray system, long preheat tunnel, stable dual wave, and modular options (nitrogen, top preheat, electric width) let it evolve with your process. Operating power 8-10 kW. Tool-free maintenance. Feature

Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The spray drawer glides forward on silent rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles, guided by stepper motors, deliver flux in perfect patterns. Every parameter — flow, speed, width, density — is stored and repeated exactly. Automatic cleaning cycle runs without supervision. 316 stainless steel remains unmarked. Efficient Preheating System
