Single and Dual Wave Soldering Machines for THT Production Line


I.C.T W-series single and dual wave soldering machines are the mature backbone for modern THT assembly lines and DIP production lines worldwide. This Double-wave Soldering Machine combines Japanese Kuroda precision nozzle, fully independent horizontal heating and smart energy-saving design to achieve excellent through-hole wetting with almost no dross. Normal running power stays at just 7kW while optional nitrogen protection meets the strictest quality needs. Japanese Kuroda Seiko nozzle with adjustable atomizing area and pyramid filter create stable and low-consumption flux coating every cycle.
