Designed for high-volume SMT production, it integrates dual placement heads, independent vacuum detection, and optional SMT lable maker placement traceable machine features. Transmission System Stability

1 Transmission System

The frame combines reinforced steel and marble bases to guarantee long-term stability. Ball screws and linear guide rails provide accurate motion, while imported servo motors ensure high-speed performance. The bridge suspension structure supports heavy loads and maintains consistent operation, keeping placement precision consistent across shifts.

Conveyor System Control
