| I.C.T Acrab-Series Automatic DIP Soldering Machine


This Automatic DIP Soldering Machine is the core station of modern THT assembly lines and DIP production lines. Three models support 350 mm, 450 mm, or 615 mm PCB width. It receives boards from insertion machines, applies flux, preheats fully, solders with dual wave, and cools gently. Optional nitrogen, top preheat, electric width adjustment make it grow with your line. Operating power drops to 8-10 kW. Tool-free design keeps the DIP line running without long stops.

Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The complete spray unit slides forward on smooth rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles, moved by stepper motors, coat flux exactly as programmed. Flow, speed, angle, density — all data stays saved. Automatic cleaning cycle starts alone. 316 stainless steel keeps everything clean. The drawer closes and the Automatic DIP Soldering Machine waits for the next board from the insertion line.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three independent zones add up to 1800 mm. Hot air and infrared work together. Temperature reaches 250 ℃ in fifteen minutes. High-temperature cotton holds every point within two degrees. Each zone pulls out like a drawer. Heaters change without tools. Optional top preheat installs in minutes when thicker boards come from the THT insertion line.


Stable Conveyor System

3-1 Acrab Conveyor System

The chain moves without noise. Double-hook titanium fingers grip boards up to 615 mm wide. Patented entry device guides every board from the loader. Speed stays accurate within two millimeters per minute. Fingers clean themselves during production. Width changes manually or electrically. This conveyor keeps the entire DIP production line flowing smoothly.


Advanced Soldering System

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

Cast-iron pot with enamel coating holds 500-700 kg lead-free solder. Dual wave height varies less than 0.5 mm. Automatic dross channel removes waste continuously. Optional nitrogen protection reduces oxidation sharply. Joints come out bright and strong. The Automatic DIP Soldering Machine delivers perfect results for every PCB Wave Soldering Machine task in the THT assembly line.


Powerful Cooling System

5-1 Acrab Cooling System

High-power top fans begin the moment boards leave the wave. Optional bottom cooling activates for multi-layer boards. Temperature falls quickly. Components receive no heat stress. Solder surface hardens smooth. Boards exit cool and ready for the next station in the DIP line. The auto dip soldering machine finishes each cycle gently.


Control and Operator System

The touchscreen displays clear numbers. PC and PLC monitor temperature in real time. PID+SSR keeps curves exact. Standby mode starts during pauses and saves tin. Alarm records help solve problems fast. Emergency manual crank works without electricity. CE and UL certification is standard.
