| I.C.T Acrab-Series Automatic DIP Soldering Machine
This Automatic DIP Soldering Machine is the core station of modern THT assembly lines and DIP production lines. Three models support 350 mm, 450 mm, or 615 mm PCB width. It receives boards from insertion machines, applies flux, preheats fully, solders with dual wave, and cools gently. Optional nitrogen, top preheat, electric width adjustment make it grow with your line. Operating power drops to 8-10 kW. Tool-free design keeps the DIP line running without long stops.

The complete spray unit slides forward on smooth rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles, moved by stepper motors, coat flux exactly as programmed. Flow, speed, angle, density — all data stays saved.
