This automatic wave soldering machine is the station where manual soldering and machine soldering finally retire. Three models (350 / 450 / 615 mm) fit every THT line. It takes boards from insertion, sprays flux, preheats fully, solders with dual wave, cools gently, and sends perfect PCBs downstream. Optional nitrogen, top preheat, electric width — add them tomorrow without buying a new machine. Operating power 8-10 kW. Tool-free drawers. Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The entire spray system rolls out like a supermarket freezer door. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles sit inside, driven by stepper motors that remember every parameter. Flux lands exactly the same on every board. Auto-clean starts with one button, 316 stainless steel stays shiny, exhaust never escapes. Slide it back in and the automatic wave soldering machine is already bored waiting for more work.


Efficient Preheating System

Three zones stretch 1800 mm under the hood. Hot air and infrared tubes work in perfect harmony. Fifteen minutes later the whole tunnel sits at 250 ℃. Thick insulation cotton keeps temperature difference under two degrees everywhere. Each zone pulls out separately — change a heater while drinking coffee. Optional top preheat waits quietly for those extra-thick boards.


Stable Conveyor System

The chain runs smoother than a German train. Double-hook titanium fingers lock onto 615 mm automotive panels like they were born for it. Patented entry system makes sure no board ever falls. Speed stays locked within two millimeters per minute. Fingers clean themselves during production. Width changes by hand or optional motor.
