| Transfer Labeling Placement Machine Overview

SMT Label Mounter

The Transfer labeling placement machine provides high-speed, accurate labeling for SMT production lines. It supports multiple PCB sizes and label types. Four heads and independent vacuum detection allow simultaneous placement of multiple labels. Optional multi-function SMT automatic labeling machine features enable traceable labeling. I.C.T engineers assist with installation, calibration, and training. Integration with MES systems allows monitoring and data management, improving efficiency while maintaining high labeling accuracy in high-volume PCB assembly.

Transmission System Stability

1 Transmission System

The machine frame combines reinforced steel with a marble base. Ball screws and linear guide rails ensure precise motion. Imported servo motors provide fast and repeatable movement. Arch bridge suspension maintains stability under heavy loads. This design supports long-term, high-speed labeling operations with minimal deviation.

Mounting System Accuracy

2 Mounting System

Four placement heads operate independently and rotate 360 degrees. Visual positioning with flying and fixed cameras ensures fast, precise imaging. Red and blue lighting enhances label detection. The system accommodates complex PCB heights and layouts, minimizing misalignment and maximizing throughput.

Feeding System Flexibility

3 Feeding System Electric feeders handle labels from 1.8×2.0 mm up to 100×40 mm. Optical sensors detect label presence while anti-slip mats prevent waste. Special adjustments support delicate or irregular materials. This ensures continuous operation for high-mix PCB production without production delays.

Conveyor System Control

4 Conveyor System

Conveyor speed and direction are adjustable. Pneumatic blockers and optical sensors secure precise PCB stops. Synchronized ball screws and slide rails maintain track parallelism. The system ensures smooth material flow, reducing jams and supporting continuous SMT line operation.
