High Precision Dispensing System

The SMT Solder Paste Dispenser Machine delivers controlled micro-volume dispensing for high-density PCB assemblies. It is used for semiconductor packages, board mounting, LED back-end, Mini-LED, PC hard drives, ICs, and BGAs. Linear motor drives, laser height measurement, and vision-based compensation work together to ensure precise dot placement. Automatic height correction and visual feedback maintain consistent material application. Operators can manage path, speed, and volume to meet production requirements. For manufacturers with tight tolerances and complex PCBs, this system reduces errors and improves throughput.
