The I.C.T SMT Glue Dispensing Machine is designed for PCB factories that need stable micro-volume dispensing, accurate path control, and reliable height compensation. It is used for semiconductor packages, board mounting, LED back-end, Mini-LED, PC hard drives, ICs, BGAs, and advanced SMT PCB assemblies. The system combines linear motor motion, laser height measurement, high-speed image processing, and automatic compensation to manage glue, underfill, and solder paste application. It can detect small PCB surface changes, correct chip position deviation, and adjust the dispensing action during production. For manufacturers handling dense PCB layouts, this machine helps make the dispensing process more controlled, repeatable, and easier to verify.

The transmission system of the SMT Glue Dispensing Machine is built around X/Y linear motor drive control. This structure supports fast movement while keeping positioning stable during fine dispensing work. The reciprocating position accuracy can reach 3σ ±5μm on the X, Y, and Z axes, and the dynamic position accuracy can reach 3σ ±3μm on the X and Y axes. A load-type gantry structure gives the machine better stability when it runs at high speed. This is especially useful for IC packaging, Mini-LED, BGA, and fine board mounting processes, where small offsets can affect the final dispensing result. Stable motion is the first step toward stable glue placement.

The machine can measure three points on the PCB, calculate the working plane, and automatically adjust the needle height. Its non-contact laser system can detect 1μm substrate warpage, helping keep the dispensing distance under control. For underfill processes, upper and lower dual cameras can monitor material penetration under flip-chip components in real time. This function gives engineers better process feedback and helps reduce the need for repeated manual checking during setup and production.

The vision non-stop function helps inspection and dispensing work in the same rhythm. The system can detect up to 100 chips per second and identify both chip position deviation and height deviation. After detection, it can compensate the dispensing action automatically, so the process does not depend only on a fixed program. This is important for products with many chips, small spacing, or repeated glue points. The SMT Dispensing System also supports dual compensation for path and glue amount. It can recognize overlapping points and calculate the required material volume, helping reduce excess glue, unstable dots, and process variation.

Screw valves are used for high-viscosity materials such as glue or solder paste, while jet valves are suitable for materials with better fluidity. This product can be matched with I.C.T’s coating and dispensing production line, including jet dispensing machines, conformal coating machines, UV curing ovens, IR curing ovens, PCB conveyors, coating AOI systems, and PCBA depaneling machines. The SMT Glue Dispensing Machine focuses on applying glue, underfill, solder paste, or protective material to selected PCB areas. A conformal coating machine protects larger board surfaces from moisture, dust, and contamination. Curing equipment completes the UV or thermal reaction after dispensing or coating.
