High Precision Dispensing System

The I.C.T Dispensing Machine for SMT PCB is built for fine material application in advanced electronics production. It is used for semiconductor packages, board mounting, LED back-end, Mini-LED, PC hard drives, ICs, BGAs, and other high-density PCB processes. The system combines linear motor drive, laser height measurement, high-speed vision, and dispensing compensation to control small dots, thin paths, and underfill work more accurately. It can detect PCB warpage, identify chip deviation, and adjust the dispensing action during production. For factories moving toward smaller components and tighter process windows, this system gives engineers a more stable way to manage glue, solder paste, and other process materials.

The motion structure of this Dispensing Machine for SMT PCB is designed for stable high-speed work. It uses X/Y linear motor drive control, with reciprocating position accuracy of 3σ ±5μm on X, Y, and Z axes, and dynamic position accuracy of 3σ ±3μm on X and Y axes. The load-type gantry structure helps keep the machine steady when the head moves quickly across the working area. This is important for small dots, dense layouts, and fine dispensing paths. In applications such as IC packaging, Mini-LED, BGA, and PCB board mounting, stable transmission helps reduce placement drift and supports repeatable process control.

The system can measure three points on a PCB, calculate the surface plane, and adjust the needle height automatically. Its non-contact laser can detect 1μm substrate warpage, helping maintain a controlled distance between the needle and the work surface. For underfill processes, upper and lower cameras monitor material penetration under flip-chip devices during operation. This gives the machine more process feedback and helps engineers reduce dependence on manual observation when setting up or improving the dispensing recipe.
