SMT Programming
This module allows operators to simulate IC programming workflows safely before live production. It provides hands-on practice, error handling training, and calibration checks without consuming real ICs, accelerating staff readiness and minimizing first-time programming errors.
The feeder system automates IC input for various packages, ensuring continuous supply to the programming module. It reduces manual handling, improves material flow, and supports high-speed operation with minimal downtime.
Integrated packaging modules manage ICs before and after programming, securing components and minimizing handling damage. Adjustable configurations allow different IC formats to be processed efficiently, supporting flexible production workflows.
The programming module performs automated IC programming with real-time verification. It supports multiple programming protocols and can integrate with MES/ERP systems for data tracking. Intelligent software controls guarantee consistent results for high-volume PCB assembly.
