A complete Through Hole Technology Line typically consists of multiple process stations arranged according to production requirements. Manual or assisted insertion workstations are used for through-hole component placement, followed by conveyor systems that ensure stable PCB transfer. The wave soldering section provides controlled and repeatable soldering results for DIP components. Cooling conveyors and inspection stations allow operators to verify solder quality and component alignment before downstream processes. Optional rework, repair, or functional testing stations can be integrated based on product complexity. For Manual Instert DIP Line configurations, the layout emphasizes ergonomic design and operator efficiency.
