Cleaning Mechanism

Effective cleaning comes from the patented design inside this stencil washing machine. Two 360° rotating spray rods, one on each side, deliver fluid evenly across the entire stencil surface and into every opening. Rotation ensures complete coverage without damaging stencil tension. After cleaning, compressed air blows the stencil dry automatically. Operators simply press one button to begin the full cycle. An inner-lock safety door and safety valve stop the machine immediately if the door opens, protecting workers at all times.
