Wave Soldering Machine 104

This Flexibility Wave Soldering machine comes in three widths — 350, 450, 615 mm — so the line always matches production volume. Dual spray, long preheat, ultra-stable dual wave, touchscreen control, and fully modular design let you add nitrogen, top preheat, or electric width adjustment tomorrow without buying a new machine. Operating power settles at 8-10 kW. Tool-free maintenance takes minutes. Customers in 72 countries keep adding options because the base machine never becomes obsolete.



Feature

Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

You pull the drawer and the entire spray system slides forward. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles sit there, driven by stepper motors that remember every setting. Flux covers the board evenly, thickness exactly as recorded. Automatic cleaning cycle runs while you watch. 316 stainless steel stays bright. Exhaust stays inside. Push the drawer closed and the Flexibility Wave Soldering machine is ready again.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three separate zones stretch 1800 mm. Hot air and infrared tubes glow red together. Temperature climbs to 250 ℃ in fifteen minutes. Thick cotton insulation keeps every spot within two degrees. Each zone uses plug-in drawer construction — pull, swap heater, push back in. Optional top preheat module waits above, ready to drop in when thick boards arrive.


Stable Conveyor System

3-1 Acrab Conveyor System

The chain moves smooth and quiet. Double-hook titanium fingers close firmly on 615 mm wide panels. Patented entry device guides every board perfectly. Speed holds steady within two millimeters per minute. Fingers clean themselves automatically. Width changes by hand crank or optional motor. The conveyor feeds the Flexibility Wave Soldering machine without ever pausing.


Advanced Soldering System

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

Cast-iron pot with enamel surface holds 500-700 kg lead-free solder. Dual wave rises and falls less than half a millimeter. Automatic dross channel pulls waste away quietly. Optional nitrogen blanket removes oxidation completely. Joints come out bright and full every time. The Flexibility Wave Soldering machine adapts to any process tomorrow.



Powerful Cooling System

5-1 Acrab Cooling System

Top high-power fans start the moment boards leave the wave. Bottom fans can be added in one hour for thick boards. Temperature drops fast. Components feel only gentle air. Solder surface hardens smooth and shiny. Board exits cool to the touch. No thermal damage ever occurs. The Flexibility Wave Soldering machine ends each cycle perfectly.

Control and Operator System

6-1 Acrab Control System

The touchscreen feels solid under your finger. PC+PLC monitors every temperature in real time. PID+SSR keeps the curve exactly as drawn. When the line slows, standby mode starts and tin stays clean.
