This dip soldering machine stands in the middle of THT lines and quietly changes everything. Three models accept 350, 450, or 615 mm boards straight from insertion stations. The flux sprayer dip soldering machine starts the process, long preheat prepares the pins, dual wave solders, cooling finishes. 1-1 Acrab Spray System

The spray drawer glides out on hidden rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles wait inside, driven by stepper motors that never forget a number. Flux falls across the board in perfect silence. Flow, speed, angle — everything stays recorded. Auto-clean runs without asking. 316 stainless steel stays unmarked. Push the drawer closed and the dip soldering machine continues its patient work.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three zones line up for 1800 mm. Hot air and infrared tubes begin their quiet labor. Fifteen minutes later the tunnel holds 250 ℃. Insulation cotton keeps every inch within two degrees. Each zone slides out alone — heaters change while the line keeps moving. Optional top preheat waits above, ready when thick boards arrive.


Stable Conveyor System

3-1 Acrab Conveyor System

The chain moves forward without hurry. Double-hook titanium fingers close gently but firmly on 615 mm panels. Patented entry device guides each board from the loader. Speed stays exact within two millimeters per minute. Fingers clean themselves between cycles. Width changes by hand or motor. The conveyor feeds the dip soldering machine without ever interrupting the rhythm.


Advanced Soldering System

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

Cast-iron pot with enamel skin carries 500-700 kg lead-free tin. Dual wave rises and falls inside half a millimeter. Automatic dross channel removes waste without noise. Optional nitrogen blanket removes oxidation completely. Solder joints emerge bright and complete.
