Taiwan TBI linear guide-ways and SANYO stepper motor keep motion steady for perfect paste on 1200mm LED panels. Suspension squeegee system makes printing more even. Precision pressure gauge and speed controller display help set exact force. Modular universal bench with alignment device for PCB board and frame handles single or double sided LED PCBs 0.2-6mm thick. Stencil frame arms adjust from 370×470mm to 1750×650mm. Auto printing; stable and efficient printing quality. The pin and support block shall be suitable for different one-sided and double-sided PCB, and the pin of different size shall be suitable for different PCB holes. Operation simple, the positioning is accurate, and the fixed position is flexible and adjustable.
