The I.C.T selective soldering machine is a true offline selective PCB THT soldering machine engineered for today’s high-mix electronics factories. Instead of moving the board, a super-light cast-aluminum platform glides silently on Panasonic servos and linear rails to bring flux and solder exactly where they’re needed. Inline nitrogen heating creates mirror-like wetting with almost zero oxidation waste. Operators control everything through a clean Windows interface—paths, temperatures, spray volume, wave height—and save unlimited programs for instant changeovers. Real-time CCD, automatic wave calibration, German jet valve, and titanium solder pot deliver rock-solid, CE-certified performance that keeps first-pass yields near 100% and rework history.
