| I.C.T-V8 Offline AOI Machine
The I.C.T-V8 offline aoi system is built for end-of-line quality checks in modern electronics plants. Using a high-resolution 5MP camera, telecentric lenses, and smart AI algorithms, this aoi system catches solder joint issues, missing parts, polarity errors, and more with outstanding accuracy. It works independently from the main line, fits PCBs from 50×50 mm up to 400×320 mm, and runs at just 0.23 seconds per field of view. The combination of marble base, Mitsubishi servos, and voice control makes daily operation smooth and reliable while keeping ownership cost low.

Equipped with a 5MP industrial camera and double telecentric lenses, the V8 aoi system eliminates reflection and depth-of-field problems completely. The multi-spectrum RGB+light source delivers sharp, stable images even on shiny solder or dark backgrounds. Resolution reaches 15 μm and inspection speed stays at 0.23 sec/FOV, giving you fast, dependable results every cycle.

Precision-ground screws, high-grade slide rails, and Mitsubishi servo motors deliver ±0.01 mm repeatability and 900 mm/s speed. Manual double-side edge clamping adjusts quickly to different board sizes. The entire drive train is designed for years of vibration-free performance in real factory environments.

Deep-learning algorithms power this aoi system to recognize over 20 defect types – from insufficient solder and bridging to component shift, polarity reversal, and tombstoning. Automatic model optimization keeps false rejects to a minimum while 0-360° inspection covers every angle. It even handles solder paste, epoxy glue, and 3D cold joint checks with ease.
