| LED Separator – Reliable PCB Depaneling Solution


I.C.T LED separator provides safe and efficient separation for PCBs with V-grooves. It minimizes stress on boards and components, making it ideal for LED lighting, aluminum-based boards, and other sensitive applications. Compared to curve routing machines, V-cut straight-line separation creates much less dust, generates lower heat, and reduces internal pressure. This helps prevent solder joint cracks, component damage, and board warping. Routing often requires higher maintenance and produces more debris, while V-cut offers cleaner, faster, and gentler results for high-volume production.

Multi-Blades LED Separator

1-1 Multi Blades LED Separator

This LED separator uses six circular blades in three groups to separate PCBs in phases: first group cuts 40%, second group follows with another 40%, and third group finishes the last 20%. Each short cut reduces internal stress by up to 80%, preventing deformation on aluminum and LED boards. Blades from Taiwan last over one year and can be sharpened many times. Accurate laser calibration keeps blade jump under 0.02mm for perfect quality. It suits long LED strips, aluminum PCBs, and high-volume LED production where board flatness is critical. Extra stainless platforms (1.2m or 2.4m) handle longer boards easily.


Guillotine Type V-Cut Machine

The guillotine LED separator uses a straight downward cut powered by air, with stress below 180uE to protect solder joints and components. It separates right at the V-groove edge, allowing only 0.3mm distance to parts and handling components up to 60mm tall. No motor rotation means zero dust or carbon pollution, and no friction leaves almost no metal residue. One cut per second with foot switch gives fast, safe operation. Blade life exceeds 6 million cuts. It is perfect for FR4 boards and applications needing clean, precise edges without dust issues.


Move-Blade (Sliding) V-Cut Machine

1-3 Moving Blade PCB Depaneling Machine

This manual sliding LED separator lets operators adjust blade speed and distance between circular and straight blades for different V-groove depths. PCBs stay fixed during separation, so tall components (up to 34mm) across the groove are safe. It minimizes pressure to avoid cracks and works well for mixed-component boards. Solid structure ensures stability, and customization of blades is available. Ideal for medium-volume production, prototype runs, or factories needing flexible, low-cost separation without complex setup.
