| I.C.T Acrab-Series Nitrogen Wave Soldering Machine
The I.C.T Nitrogen Wave Soldering Machine is built for lead-free work in modern factories. Three models handle 350 mm, 450 mm, or 615 mm PCBs. It uses nitrogen to protect solder, long preheat tunnel, stable dual wave, and easy PC+PLC control. Running cost stays at 8-10 kW. Tool-free maintenance keeps downtime low. The spray drawer slides out fully. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles use stepper motors for exact control. Flux covers every board evenly. All settings show on screen and stay the same. Automatic cleaning keeps the area clean. 316 stainless steel stops corrosion. Exhaust system stays inside. Close the drawer and the Nitrogen Wave Soldering Machine starts again at once.
Three zones cover 1800 mm total length. Hot air and infrared heat the board together. Temperature reaches 250 ℃ in fifteen minutes. Thick insulation cotton keeps heat steady within two degrees.
