Our PCB magazine vacuum suction loader is a high-performance automatic loading machine designed for modern SMT production lines. It efficiently picks PCBs from magazines or uses vacuum suction to feed boards directly into the line with speed and precision. | Advanced Vacuum and Clamping Technology
Safe and Gentle PCB Handling
The machine uses a special gas circuit design and top/bottom pneumatic clamps to securely hold the magazine rack. The vacuum suction nozzle automatically adjusts position to clamp each PCB gently, completely eliminating breakage risks even with thin or delicate boards. This makes it the perfect choice for LED lighting manufacturers and other high-mix production environments.
Flexible Feeding Modes
Users can choose vacuum loader mode or traditional magazine feeding. Both modes are integrated into one compact machine, giving operators maximum flexibility. Parallel and smooth width adjustment via lead screw, combined with stepper motor precision, ensures fast changeover and minimal clearance between conveyor sections.
Smart Control and Line Integration
Equipped with PLC control, touch screen operation, and full SMEMA communication for both input and output, the automatic PCB Magazine Vacuum Suction Loader connects effortlessly with the entire SMT line. It supports left-to-right or right-to-left board flow and offers automatic width adjustment as an option.

Our team redesigned the entire line into a compact U-shaped layout measuring just 16 meters long by 2.7 meters wide.
