I.C.T Uzbekistan Visit | Automotive Electronics SMT Production Line

In August 2025, I.C.T had the honour of welcoming a customer from Uzbekistan`s automotive electronics industry to our factory. The purpose of the visit was to inspect their newly purchased fully automated SMT production line and to learn more about our manufacturing standards.

The line is equipped with advanced systems to ensure high precision and efficiency for automotive electronics production. Key equipment includes:

• PCB Loader

• SMT Printer 5151

• DECAN S1 Placement Machine

• L8 Reflow Oven

• SMT AOI AI-5146

• PCB NG/OK Unloader

• Belt Assembly Line

• Solder Paste Mixer

• Solder Paste Storage Cabinet

During the visit, the I.C.T engineering team provided detailed demonstrations of each machine, covering the entire SMT process from solder paste printing, placement, and reflow, to inspection and final handling. The customer paid close attention to performance, process stability, and build quality.

The inspection was completed successfully, and the customer expressed high satisfaction with both the equipment and I.C.T`s professional support. This visit not only strengthened mutual trust but also highlighted I.C.T`s capability to deliver complete SMT solutions to the global automotive electronics industry.
